Job for men: unloading and loading parcels with a hand forklift.

The source indicates a rate of PLN 27.37–33.90 without specifying netto/brutto and unit of calculation. These parameters should be agreed upon before starting work; the range is not a promise of a guaranteed amount in hand.

Schedule: only night shifts of 8 hours, 19:00–03:00; 168 hours per month.

Advance payment: PLN 300 after 1 week of work or PLN 600 after 2 weeks of work. Salary: on the 20th of the following month.

Accommodation and transportation are not provided. Work clothes are paid by the employer after the first week of work.

The company is a modern plant specializing in the production of components, exhaust gas neutralization systems (SCR), brake and fuel valves for global automotive brands.

Location: Nowa Wieś Legnicka 101, 59-241 (suburbs of Legnica, ~80 km from Wrocław).

Contract type: Umowa o pracę.

Salary and bonus system:
Base salary: 4 811 PLN/month gross
Regular bonus: 629 PLN/month gross
Attendance bonus: 127 PLN/month gross
(Total including the listed bonuses: PLN 5,567 gross/month; additional supplements paid separately.)

Additional payments for Umowa o pracę:
20% to the rate for working in night shifts
50% for overtime
100% for working on weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
Paid sick leave and annual leave (20–26 days per year)

Work schedule:
Three 8-hour shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00
Work in a 4-brigade system (4 working days → 2 days off)

Responsibilities (assembly department / line SCR):
Simple assembly of automotive components and SCR-systems on the line
Operating machines: feeding parts, starting the process and removing finished products
Visual quality control (checking SCR-parts for defects)
Basic data entry into the system on the screen and simple marks on forms
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area

Work schedule

Duties:
For women (packaging and sorting line):
Working on the coffee and tea packaging line
Packaging, sorting and labeling of finished products
Applying labels and checking the integrity of packages
Assembling boxes and preparing products for shipment

For men (mixing department/mixing room):
Filling different types of coffee and cappuccino into mixing machines.
Transporting raw materials and boxes on trolleys
Moving formed pallets and raw materials around the production floor

Accommodation and transport
Accommodation: several hostels are provided (rooms for 2–4 people)
700 zł/month (deducted from salary).
FREE transport! Depending on the hostel, you can get there either by free city public transport or by a bus organized by the company.

Work on the production line for packaging soluble coffee:
placing jars on the conveyor belt at the beginning of the line
screwing and installing plastic lids
quality control: checking the presence of protective foil under the lid and the evenness of the glued label
packing finished jars of coffee in cardboard boxes
stacking boxes on pallets
process rotation: every 2 hours there is a change of workplace on the line (for a variety of processes)
maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace

680 PLN/month (deducted from salary).

Current recruitment availability and any later transfer to the Netherlands must be checked before applying.

Seasonal work until the beginning of December in the production and packaging of decorative and New Year’s arrangements. The work does not require experience and knowledge of the language!

Work address: Radzików 5, 69-108 Radzików (Słubice, Lubusz Voivodeship). Arrival and settlement in Słubice.

Terms and payment:
Rate 31,40 PLN/hour gross.
Additional payment for your own accommodation (+1,00 PLN/hour): 32,40 PLN/hour gross.
For students under 26: gross = net.
Average employment: 200–240 hours/month.
Growth prospects: Motivated employees with organizational skills can become team leaders (shift leaders) and receive +4,00 PLN/hour additional payment for each hour worked!
Payments are made to the card regularly every 3 weeks (covering 2 weeks of work).

Working hours:
Mon–Fri: from 07:00 to 17:00 (10 hours per day).
Saturday: always for 8 hours.
Sunday: Depending on the volume of orders, it may be a working day.
Breaks (not paid): up to 10 hours of work – 40 minutes; over 10 hours – 50 minutes.

Responsibilities:
Making wreaths and New Year’s decorations.
Decorating compositions (needles, cones, ribbons, decor).
Packing finished products.
Maintaining order in the workplace.
Working in a room with a temperature regime (10–20 ° C – optimal conditions for preserving the freshness of needles). The work does not require experience and knowledge of the language!

Housing and transport:
Accommodation: Comfortable hotel “Cargo” in Słubice, rooms for 2–4 people
There is a shop right in the hotel, there is a restaurant nearby, a weekly trip to a grocery store is organized.
Household features of the hotel: a common kitchen for the hotel and a small refrigerator, shared by 4 rooms.
Housing cost: 500 PLN/month (deducted from salary).
Transport: Service bus from home to work – 100 PLN/month (deducted from salary).

Requirements:
Candidates up to 55 years old!
Without work experience and without knowledge of Polish.
Valid biometric passport + PESEL (we help to issue)/visa/residence permit.

Transfer from Ukraine:

TRIP TO THE NETHERLANDS (after completing the season in Poland):

After completing the season in Poland, candidates with good attendance have the opportunity to go to work in the Netherlands for one of the presented vacancies or a similar one:

Requirements for NL: Only men and couples up to 45 years old (exceptions may be possible)! Availability of a visa or residence card (min. 3 months of validity at the time of entry).
Transport: an organised minibus from Wrocław (400 PLN to the driver) or independent.

1: Making ekibana (m. Aalsmeer)
Responsibilities: Assembling compositions according to the example (needles, cones, decor) in a warm room.
Payment: Umowa o pracę, 14,99 €/hour gross (~8,50 €/hour net, including tax and housing deductions). NO advances!
Schedule: 06:00–16:00, 6 days per week.
Housing: 150 €/week (deducted from wages). 2 people per room. Bring your own bedding!
Transport: Travel to work is completely free.
Driver bonus: If you have a driver’s license cat. B is provided with an 8-seat company minibus to transport colleagues from their home – additional payment +4 €/day to salary!

2: Cleaning flower bulbs (m. Andijk)
Responsibilities: Cleaning lily/peony bulbs (standing indoors). Shoes S3 and the ability to ride a bicycle are required.
Payment: 14,99 €/hour gross (payments in PLN to the card at the exchange rate).
Advance payments: First 4 weeks (first advance €300, followed by three advances of €150).
Accommodation: 150 €/week (payment in advance, first on the day of arrival). Bring your own bedding!
Transport: Bicycle (<8 km) or bus (>10 km).
Driver bonus: If you have a category B license, you will be given an 8-seat company minibus to pick up colleagues from your accommodation – additional payment +5 €/day to your salary!

Wages:
31,40 PLN/hour gross (for students under 26: 31,40 PLN/hour net).
Payments are made regularly to a bank card.

Work schedule (depends on the department):
Production department (discs/vinyl): four-team shift system, shifts of 12 hours (06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00).
Printing department (introligatornia): no night shifts, Mon–Fri, shifts of 10–12 hours in the interval from 06:00 to 22:00 (06:00–18:00 / 10:00–22:00).

Department responsibilities:

1️⃣ Media production department:
Work on the line: control of the operation of machines for the production of CD, DVD and vinyl records, filling raw materials (granules) into the mold and carefully removing finished products.
Quality control: visual inspection of discs and records for scratches, chips and dust.

2️⃣ Packaging and printing department (introligatornia):
Printing work: folding cardboard envelopes and plastic packaging, checking the quality of printing on covers, assembling booklets and posters.
Packaging and labeling: packaging finished products in film and boxes.

Requirements:
Men and women up to age 55. Similar experience in production, warehousing or printing and a CV are required.
Basic Polish (understanding of work instructions).
Willingness to work 10–12-hour shifts.
