Pay and payments

• PLN 32 gross/hour; students under 26 with verified status: PLN 32 net/hour.
• Indicative net pay: PLN 25.84/hour up to PLN 30,000 cumulative gross income in Poland in 2026, and PLN 23.11/hour above it. Actual pay depends on tax and insurance status.
• After 3 months, a productivity bonus of up to PLN 400 gross may apply; payment frequency needs clarification.

Duties

• Filling liquids, date marking, labelling, packing and wrapping; collecting line output and checking quality. Occasional loads up to 15 kg are handled by men.

Working hours

• Normally 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00; high demand can add 22:00–06:00. 160–200 hours/month, typically around 200. One or two Saturdays per month are mandatory; Sundays may be required for large orders.
• Breaks during 8 hours: 5 + 15 + 5 minutes; the 5-minute breaks may be worked back. An extra 15 minutes applies to 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

• Age 18–45 without individual exceptions; conversational Polish, equipment experience and shift availability. Applicants from Ukraine preferred.

• No accommodation provided. Self-arranged public transport; fare needs clarification.

Contract and additional conditions

• Umowa zlecenie; eligibility for health-contribution-only treatment depends on individual status.
• Interview and employer acceptance are required before signing.
• PLN 500 deduction for leaving before the minimum employment period. Clarify its duration before signing.
• Clean workplace at normal temperature. Aprons, caps and footwear provided. No jewellery, false eyelashes or items that interfere with production; phones are prohibited on the floor.

Pay

PLN 31.40 gross/hour. Under the offer, gross equals net for qualifying students under 26. New student workers may receive an additional PLN 3/hour after the first completed month, with no more than two absences. Own-accommodation supplement: PLN 1 gross/hour. Production-target bonus: PLN 100–300/month. After 48 hours in a working week, subsequent hours are paid at +100%, from PLN 62.80 gross/hour. Monthly bank payment.

Schedule and contract

Umowa zlecenie. Three 8-hour shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00; 5 days a week. Optional Saturdays; Sundays off. Some departments use a four-team rotation: 4 working days, 2 days off, rotating shifts.

Accommodation and transport

PLN 500/month for utilities, deducted from pay; 2–4 people per room, no bunk beds. Separate rooms for couples. Accommodation is free while waiting for work to start. Public transport to work; ticket costs are unspecified.

Duties and requirements

Packing confectionery, quality checks and labelling. Packing requires no experience or Polish. Readiness for shift work is required. Bring a sanitary certificate or obtain one with assistance for PLN 150. No jewellery, long/artificial nails or eyelash extensions at work; bring your own covered clothing and clean closed shoes.

Machine operator

Operators are also being recruited at PLN 33 gross/hour. Duties include running and setting up production lines, following Polish instructions and fixing minor faults. Conversational Polish, similar experience and an interview with the foreman are required. Progression from packing to an operator role is possible.

Work addresses

ul. Opawska 172 and ul. Starowiejska 75, Racibórz; assignment between the two locations depends on production needs.

Workplace

Pay and payments

PLN 31.40 gross/hour. Productivity bonus up to +PLN 1.00/hour; total with bonus up to PLN 32.40 gross/hour. Payment by the 10th of each month.

Duties

Picking orders using order documents, assembling orders and placing goods in storage locations. Checking product quality and packaging integrity.

Schedule and training

Night shifts only, lasting 8–10 hours within 19:00–07:00, 5–6 days a week. The first two weeks involve training on a day shift. The first three training days are paid and start at 10:00.

Requirements

Men and women aged 20–46, Ukrainian citizens with warehouse experience. Conversational Polish and the ability to read Polish are required. A reading test takes place before employment.

Accommodation and transport

Neither accommodation nor transport is provided. Candidates must have their own accommodation and travel to shifts independently.
