Production worker — HSV POLSKA

Location: Łódź

Salary: 4806 PLN gross/month

Bonus and additional payments:

merit bonus — up to 200 PLN gross;
quarterly attendance bonus — 100–400 PLN gross;
night work bonus 22:00–06:00 — in accordance with the Labor Code;
overtime bonus — in accordance with the Labor Code.

Contract type: umowa o pracę (tymczasowa)

Job description: Production worker in the production of foamed plastic products.

Duties:

acceptance and inspection of finished products;
quality control and detection of damage and non-conformities;
informing the manager about the identified problems;
placing products on transport carts or pallets;
separation of non-conforming products;
control of products packed on pallets, in cardboard boxes or intended for labeling;
entering the results of work into the ERP system;
maintaining cleanliness in the workplace;
performing other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

education – at least primary;
at least 6 months of experience in production;
manual dexterity and physical endurance;
good eyesight;
ability to work in a team;
willingness to work in 3-shift mode;
ability to quickly learn instructions;
Polish language – communicative level.

Desirable:

vocational education;
at least 12 months of experience in production;
basic computer skills.

Conditions at the enterprise: Work includes quality control, packaging, sorting and placing products on pallets and transport carts. Work is performed in accordance with instructions and under the supervision of a foreman or manager. Manual dexterity is required.

Shift work: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00
Schedule: work starts on Monday, and in the case of night shift it can end on Saturday morning. Additional work on weekends, in particular on Saturday, is possible, depending on the needs of the company.
