Technical department employee, enterprise POLSKA

Location: Łódź

Salary: 5500 PLN gross/month

Bonus and financial allowances:

merit bonus — up to 1390 PLN gross/month;
quarterly and additional bonuses — 100–400 PLN. The source calls the additional bonus a “bonus for absence from work”; the exact eligibility conditions require clarification.

Job description: Technical maintenance, repair and control of technological line equipment, replacement of casting molds and elimination of technical malfunctions.

Responsibilities:

replacing molds according to the production plan and launching the replaced mold on the casting machine;
performing maintenance, repairs and periodic inspections of the equipment of the production line;
eliminating technical malfunctions;
controlling the inventory of spare parts;
timely implementation of inspection, maintenance and repair plans for machines, equipment and installations.

Requirements:

good physical shape;
good eyesight;
at least 6 months of experience working with machine tools;
practical repair and tooling skills;
desire to develop and gain technical knowledge.

Desirable:

SEP qualification in the field of electrical engineering;
certificate for the operation of bridge cranes;
basic knowledge of industrial mechanics.
