Picker – Auto Parts Logistics Warehouse

Employment Contract: Umowa Zlecenia

Location: Sosnowiec
Schedule: depends on department.

1. Work in 3 shifts 8 – 10 hours Mon-Sat. Shifts: 6:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00, 22:00 – 6:00

• 27.00 PLN/hour, Students – 33.04 PLN/hour (with a certificate from their place of study) (net)
• Bonuses up to 1500 PLN/month (net) (depending on performance indicators and warehouse/department/team results)

2. Work only one night shift 22:00-06:00. 6 working days – 1 days off

• 28.00 PLN/hour, students – 34.04 PLN/hour (with a certificate from their place of study) (net)
• Bonuses up to 1500 PLN/month (net) (depending on performance indicators and warehouse/department/team results)
180 – 200 hours per month. Lunch break: 8 work hours – 20 minutes, 10 work hours. – 30 minutes
Responsibilities:
• Order picking and packaging
• Product quality inspection
• Operating a handheld scanner
Accommodation: 550 PLN/month (deducted from salary). Housing depreciation: 100 PLN (deducted from the first salary – when using the provided accommodation).
Own-accommodation allowance: +2 PLN; the payment unit needs confirmation because the source notation is ambiguous.
Transportation: Public transportation (travel pass at your own expense)
Work clothes: Clothing and footwear provided free of charge. If 3 months are not worked as per the contract, 300 PLN is deducted from the salary.
Medical examination: 150 PLN (deducted from the first salary)
Certificate permitting the operation of small electric forklifts: 100 PLN (deducted from the first salary)
