Pay

Base salary: 5020 PLN gross per month. Bonuses and allowances may be available; eligibility, amounts and calculations are clarified when applying and are not included in the guaranteed base salary.

The offer states a Saturday/Sunday allowance of PLN 70 gross per day and a possible bonus of up to 15% of base pay. Eligibility is confirmed when arranging employment.

Schedule and contract

Temporary employment contract (umowa o pracę tymczasowa). Friday–Tuesday, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00; no night shifts. 168–180 h/month, 30-minute break.

Duties

The warehouse handles online orders for clothing, footwear and cosmetics. Receiving deliveries and returns, sorting, storage, picking, collecting products from the conveyor, packing in boxes or envelopes, quality checks and dispatch preparation. Manual or trolley handling; computer and scanner interfaces in Ukrainian.

Phones and recording devices, dangerous, flammable or glass objects, food and drinks in thermoses or cups, jewellery, watches, hairpins, piercings, makeup, false eyelashes, artificial nails and perfume are prohibited in the work area. Pay and bonuses

Base rate: 31.40 PLN gross/hour. The offer states 25.36 PLN net/hour for workers whose gross income in Poland in 2026 has not exceeded 30,000 PLN, and 22.69 PLN net/hour after this threshold is exceeded. Student rate: 31.40 PLN net/hour.

The bonus depends on average monthly productivity and time worked: 60 items/hour — 1,300 PLN gross; 65 — 1,750 PLN; 70 — 2,200 PLN. Each additional 5 items/hour adds 450 PLN to the bonus. A partial month is paid proportionally. Confirm the final amount and current bonus rules when arranging employment.

Schedule

160–200 hours per month. Monday–Saturday, 8-hour shifts: 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00. During peak season, 10-hour shifts are possible. No night shifts. A 30-minute break includes 15 paid minutes.

Housing and commute
