ADDITIONAL BONUS FOR DRIVERS

If the candidate has his own car and, if necessary, drives other employees:

up to 500–600 PLN gross/month — bonus for transporting passengers;
up to 300 PLN gross/month — fuel compensation.

Pay and payments

Base rate: PLN 31.40 gross/hour. For students under 26, gross equals net. Student supplement: +PLN 3.00/hour; own-accommodation supplement: +PLN 2.00/hour. Each supplement applies after one month worked, with no more than two absences per month. Maximum with both supplements: PLN 36.40 gross/hour; this is not the base rate. Productivity bonus up to PLN 700/month. Payment to a bank account by the 10th of each month.

Duties

Picking orders with a scanner, packing, labelling and preparing orders for dispatch. Receiving and processing returns. Warehouse processes include picking, packing and returns.

Schedule and breaks

Work from Sunday to Friday. Mainly 12-hour shifts: 06:00–18:00 or 10:00–22:00; 8-hour shifts also occur. Weekly shift rotation, with no night shifts. Paid breaks: 30 minutes for an 8-hour shift; 30 and 15 minutes for a 12-hour shift.

Requirements

Men and women aged 18–50. No work experience or Polish language skills required.

Accommodation and transport

Accommodation costs PLN 500–600/month, with rooms for 2–4 people; a room for a couple is available. Ask EUROWIZA for accommodation photos. Company transport to work is available; the timetable and fare need to be confirmed separately.

Umowa zlecenie contract.

Travel reimbursement

Up to PLN 100 reimbursed for a ticket to Bolesławiec after at least 14 days worked. Check reimbursement conditions with EUROWIZA before buying a ticket.

Opportunity to work in the Netherlands

A subsequent move is possible after at least 2.5 months on the project in Poland. Valid documents are required; the project conditions list a visa, residence card or Diia PL. Arranging the documents needed for the move is the candidate’s responsibility. This is a possible further job opportunity, not a guaranteed transfer.

Production operator, enterprise

Location: Šenov u Nového Jičína (30 km from Frýdek-Místek)

Salary: 27 723–32 000 CZK gross/month

On average, working about 170 hours per month, you can earn about 26 000 CZK net per month (≈ 1 070 €).

An advance of 2 000 CZK is possible, which is paid on the 5 and 15 day of the worked shift.

The salary is paid to the bank account after the 20 day of the month for the previous month.

Bonuses and additional payments:

production bonus depending on the KPI team — 0–15%;
additional payment for evening and night hours (18:00–06:00) — 26 CZK/hour;
work on Saturday and Sunday — +25%;
overtime at night on Saturday and Sunday — +50%;

Job description:

The work consists of assembling and quality control of automobile headlights on the production line.

Responsibilities:

installation of automobile headlights manually and using simple tools;
assembly of plastic elements: housings, covers, shades, etc.;
installation of wiring harnesses for headlights;
visual and basic technical quality control of parts and finished products.

Requirements:

no contraindications to working standing and in motion;
good eyesight;
accuracy when performing manual work.

Practical entrance test:

The candidate is shown the method of installing a car headlight three times. After that, he has one hour to complete the task independently.

Then a final test is conducted, during which the accuracy and speed of work are assessed.

Only candidates who have successfully passed the test are allowed to work.

Pay and bonuses

Base pay: 31 200 CZK gross/month. Approximate earnings may reach around 33 000 CZK net/month, depending on bonuses, shifts and overtime; this is not guaranteed base pay.

• Two advances of 2 000 CZK each, after the 5th and 15th completed shifts.
• Monthly bonus of up to 3 150 CZK for team performance and quality, subject to 100% attendance.
• Half-year bonus of 8 000 CZK for no absences over six months.
• Weekend work: +25%; overtime: +25%; supplements for overtime on weekends and public holidays are confirmed when the contract is arranged.
• Additional shifts: 2 shifts — 500 CZK; 3 — 800 CZK; 4 — 1 100 CZK; 5 — 1 600 CZK.

Schedule

Three shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00 and 22:00–06:00. Each shift includes 7.5 working hours and a 30-minute meal break. Shifts rotate weekly; Saturday and Sunday are normally days off. A four-shift system with 11-hour shifts is also possible. Approximately 160–200 hours per month, including night shifts.

Accommodation and transport

Accommodation costs approximately 1 000–1 500 CZK/month depending on room type and is deducted from wages. The current recruitment listing specifies 1 500 CZK/month; the exact cost of the selected room is agreed before moving in. Rooms accommodate 2–3 people and have a private bathroom and toilet. Separate rooms are available for couples. Workers using their own accommodation receive an allowance of 3 000 CZK/month. Work is approximately 265 metres from the accommodation and can be reached on foot.

Duties and requirements

• Partial or complete assembly of automotive air-conditioning units, control panels and sensors.
• Quality inspection of finished components and work according to production instructions.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, physical fitness and readiness for standing work in a dynamic environment.
• Men and women aged 18–50.

Before employment, candidates take a practical test at the factory. It checks attention, speed, accuracy and ability to follow instructions. Tasks may include assembly from a sample, sorting small components, simulated production work and quality checks.

Workwear and meals

Work clothing and shoes are provided free of charge, with free laundry. During the first month, work shoes are not provided: bring your own closed work shoes.

The factory has a canteen. A meal costs the worker approximately 23 CZK out of a full price of about 50 CZK; the employer covers the difference. Each worker receives a meal card with a limit of 1 200 CZK/month. When the canteen is closed during a shift, the meal allowance is 50 CZK, or 100 CZK for a shift lasting 11 hours or more.

Employment and support

Temporary employment contract (umowa o pracę tymczasowa). 30 days of paid leave per year. Preferred citizenships listed in the offer: Czech Republic and Ukraine.

Candidates arriving from Ukraine under Czech temporary protection receive information and organisational support from a coordinator, including guidance on travel to the registration office and the registration process. The coordinator remains available after arrival.
